The Control Panel, Avatars, and Signatures

I'm addressing three different issues/thoughts here. Firstly, I want your opinions on the side-bar control-panels. As of now I haven't found a way to create a "control panel" page on forumotion, so the side-bar CP is the best I can do for now, but I want to know what the majority of you guys think. Is it more annoying than it is useful, or do you like it?
Not going to be using the sidebar CP right now.

Secondly, I have decided to lower the max size of an avatar to 150x150. I just feel 200x200 is a little too big (unless we decide to can the CP). If you do not change it, I will revert your avatar to the default.

Lastly, I am putting a cap on the size of signature images as well. The max size your images can be is 600x200. Of course you can add more stuff to your signature along with the image, but I'd appreciate if you kept it a decent size. If need be please employ the use of [spoiler] tags.
